$18 – $22 Per Hour | Full-time Position Summary We are looking for a motivated UV Printer Operator / Engraver to join our production team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our sales and production teams to create and decorate products using lasers, UV printers, and mechanical engraving equipment. Training is provided, and this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a specialized, creative manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Run the machines that decorate Crystal, Acrylic, Wood, and Metal products Operate Mechanical Engravers, Laser Engravers, UV Printers, and Sandblasting equipment Use CO2 and Fiber Lasers to engrave a variety of materials Utilize large-format UV printers to decorate awards and recognition products Follow production priorities as directed by the Production Supervisor and manage your own production queue Work an 8-hour shift starting at 7 am. Qualifications Experience or education in graphic design, engraving, or related fields Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or CorelDRAW Willingness to learn new software, equipment, and decoration techniques Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines 2.8 weeks of PTO in the first year 4% 401(k) match Paid major holidays Air-conditioned production environment FSA/HSA available Clear opportunities for advancement Company Description National Engravers Inc. manufactures and decorates recognition products, including crystal, pewter, glass, wood, and marble products for use in the gift and award industry.
