BASIC FUNCTIONS

The Marketing Coordinator provides essential support across daily marketing activities, including digital marketing, event coordination, social media scheduling, design tasks, promotional item management, and general administrative duties. This role ensures smooth execution of marketing projects and maintains strong operational organization. This individual has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

Trade Show & Event Coordination

• Coordinate booth materials, shipments, services, and onsite needs.
• Assist with trade show registrations, timelines, and deliverable tracking.
• Maintain an organized calendar of events, deadlines, and requirements.
• Prepare event collateral and promotional materials.

Digital Marketing & Content Support

• Maintain social media content calendars and schedule approved posts.
• Create basic graphics and digital assets.
• Assist with email marketing tasks, including content preparation and scheduling.
• Update website content and support development of marketing materials.

Promotional Items & Merchandise

• Manage promotional item inventory, ordering, and distribution.
• Coordinate vendor communication and track delivery timelines.
• Ensure materials are available for trade shows and internal needs .

Marketing Operations & Administrative Support

• Track marketing expenses, invoices, and budget records.
• Maintain organized files, assets, and project folders.
• Support internal teams by providing requested marketing materials and information.

STANDARD REQUIREMENTS

Comply with all requirements of International Standard ISO9001 and ISO27001, NIST 800-171, CMMC – Cyber Security and Informational Data Security Requirements. Aerospace Management System Standards AS9100, AS9120, IDEA-QMS-9090, ASA-100 and supporting construct standards AS6081, IDEA-STD-1010, AC7402-CAAP, CCAP-101, FAA AC00-56, ANSI/ESD S20.20. All employees shall commit and comply with the requirements of AS5553 for Counterfeit Electrical, Electronic and Electromechanical (EEE) Parts – Avoidance, Detection, Mitigation and Disposition practices.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / COMPENTENCY 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, design or event coordination role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (Canva and Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in digital marketing strategies, including social media management, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for trade shows and events.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms, preferred.
