Key responsibilities Scope study objectives and research methods aligned with product team needs using qualitative and quantitative approaches Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams to integrate user research into the product development process Own end-to-end research activities, including study setup, participant recruitment, and interview moderation Required qualifications 5 years of UX Research experience with Fortune 500 companies or in consultancy Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field preferred Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods Strong collaboration skills with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders Excellent communication skills to distill complex ideas into clear concepts
