Senior / Principal Recruiter (Full Desk) - Remote

The Role

As a Senior / Principal Recruiter, you will own your market end-to-end - driving business development, delivering top-tier talent, and managing a true full desk across direct hire, contract, and contract-to-hire placements. You’ll run your desk like a business, supported by a firm built by recruiters, for recruiters.

This is a role for someone who wants to lead from the front, shape a growing firm, and build something that lasts.

What You’ll Do

• Run a high-performing full desk in your specialty vertical(s)
\n
• Build, manage, and expand high-value client relationships
\n
• Leverage our Agentic AI + Lead Distribution System (LDS) to move faster and smarter
\n
• Set the standard for delivery, speed, quality, and accountability
\n
• Mentor others as we scale; your voice and leadership will shape the firm
\n
• Contribute directly to culture, process, and operational excellence
\n

What You Bring

\n
• Proven agency track record - min $400K+ annual billings or clear performance at that level
\n
• 5+ years recruiting experience (agency required)
\n
• Confidence and skill operating a true full desk (Business Development + Account Management)
\n
• A reputation for urgency, precision, and follow-through
\n
• Leadership instincts - you build people up and raise standards
\n
