Job Description Join One of Arizona's Most Explosive Roofing Companies We are a rapidly growing roofing company looking for a high-level Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellence. This is a leadership role in the field - owning projects, driving quality, protecting the homeowner experience, and ensuring every job meets our standard of execution. If you’re organized, proactive, confident with customers, and able to manage subcontractors with authority and professionalism, we want to talk to you. Responsibilities Oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for homeowners, subcontractors, and the office to keep projects running smoothly. Coordinate crews, materials, deliveries, and scheduling to prevent delays and resolve job site issues quickly. Manage change orders by communicating project modifications, coordinating materials, and ensuring accurate documentation. Conduct quality control inspections, complete homeowner walkthroughs, and resolve outstanding items before project closeout. Complete project closeout by collecting required documentation, final payments (when applicable), completion certificates, and customer reviews. Maintain accurate job records, photos, and compliance documentation while identifying code or insurance-related requirements. Collaborate with the Production Manager and Operations team to improve processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications Proven ability to lead subcontractors and keep projects on schedule Strong communication and customer service skills with the confidence to professionally manage homeowners, crews, and office staff. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and basic computer software for documenting jobs, photos, and project updates. Valid Drivers license ability to commute to the office Experience using CRMs or project management software (JobNimbus, AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, etc.) is a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
