Job Title: Recruiter I
Location: Remote
Duration: 4+ months contract (possible extension)
Pay: $32.00 - 39.00/hr on W2
Job Description:
- Assist with recruitment cycle for early careers programs by handling requisition activity such as sourcing, screening and interviewing scheduling
- Contribute to campus recruiting activities including career fairs, information sessions, and university partner outreach
- Prepare program materials such as handbooks, offer letters, and communications
- Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and applicable labor regulations.
Evaluate candidates' resumes against position requirements. Schedule and conduct structured phone interviews with candidates using interviewing scripts. Document information in system in a timely manner.
