OB/GYN Physician Opportunity - Independent Practice in the Pacific Northwest

Join an established, independent OB/GYN practice in Kirkland, Washington

Our independent OB/GYN practice has been serving women and families in the Pacific Northwest for generations. Our group of 10 physicians has a combined history of more than 40 years with the practice, and we are proud to be a third-generation physician-owned practice providing care at EvergreenHealth .

We deliver approximately 1,200 babies each year and are looking for like-minded OB/GYN physicians who value excellent patient care, physician autonomy, collegiality, and-perhaps most importantly-a sustainable approach to work and life.

That philosophy is reflected in the flexibility we offer our physicians.

Flexible Practice Models

We recognize that there is no single definition of full-time or part-time practice. Our physicians have different priorities at different stages of their careers, so we have intentionally created a practice that can accommodate a variety of schedules.

Examples of current practice models include:

• Full-time: Approximately 3 office days per week and 5 OB calls per month

• Part-time: Approximately 2 office days per week and 3 OB calls per month

• Job share: Alternating one month working and one month off

These are examples rather than rigid requirements. We value conversations about how a physician's ideal schedule might fit within our practice.
