Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Agent for our marketing team who wants to be around motorcycles, motorcycle shops, rides and bike nights. The ideal candidate is passionate about motorcycles and riding. This position requires skills that include excellent interpersonal communication, business building experience, customer service, managing social media platforms, demonstrated interaction with management and staff, and the ability to problem-solve.

The position’s responsibilities include account visits, planning & managing events, developing & managing a budget, report writing, maintaining a calendar and contacts, meeting with account staff regularly, attending partner club and association meetings/events, and overall, being present in the territory as the primary marketing/community relations contact.

This position requires a valid driver's license and clean driving record. While hours are flexible, the position requires hours during business hours, occasional evenings and several weekend days a month. The marketing territory is the northern 1/3 of Indiana, from Lake County on the west, to Ft. Wayne in the east.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns, including social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, print advertising, and digital promotions using platforms like Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and WordPress.
• Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline campaign workflows, nurture leads, and optimize customer engagement.
• Conduct web analytics reporting using tools like Google Analytics and Web analytics platforms to analyze campaign performance and inform data-driven decision making.
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels including copywriting for ads, blogs, newsletters, and product descriptions to enhance content marketing efforts.
• Oversee the design of marketing materials utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.
• Lead demand generation marketing initiatives to attract new clients through targeted strategies.
• Manage budgets for advertising campaigns while ensuring optimal ROI through performance marketing tactics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing marketing, advertising or public relations teams with a strong understanding of team leadership principles.
• Proficiency in SEO techniques, web analytics reporting (Google Analytics), Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
• Skilled in content writing, copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite), and managing social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with WordPress website management and implementing marketing automation tools for demand generation.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies including performance marketing, cross-channel integration, and B2B marketing approaches.
• Ability to analyze data from various sources to inform strategic decisions using analytics tools such as Web analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
