Job Description

Location: New Rochelle, NY Hours: Mon-Fri 7a-3p (1 hour ubpaid lunch) 35hrs

OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

This position is responsible for the cleaning of a multi-purpose office building.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

Floor Care (Knowledge of buffer machines and Floor Scrubbers helpful). Responsible for keeping the restrooms cleaned, sanitized, and stocked Trash and recyclables Carpet Cleaning (Use of carpet extractor) Clean all windows Light Painting/repairs Vacuuming/dusting Keep walkways free of snow, ice and debris Perform other duties as assigned Communicate effectively, openly and honestly, with staff and leaders on a consistent basis Requirements

• Previous janitorial experience required
• Knowledge of a floor buffer a plus.
• Valid Driver's license required

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT:

This position will assist with any office moves or special cleaning projects as directed by supervisor
