Come be a part of the revolution!As an RA, you'll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Edgewater in West Des MoinesAs a Resident Assistant, you will:Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication management protocols.Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, and meal preparation, promoting their independence and well-being.Monitor residents' health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals and family members.Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.Open Shifts Available:3rd shift (10:00 pm - 6:00 am) Part-Time1st shift (6:00 am - 2:00 pm) Full-TimeQualifications:Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve othersStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesCommunity Location: 9225 Cascade Ave West Des Moines, IA 50266What We Offer:We know a great career is about more than just a paycheck — it's about belonging, growth, and making a difference.
